How to prepare a Greek yogurt at home:
- Put regular yogurt with 3,2% fat on a strainer and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours to drain. After straining time, you’ll be left with a thick, creamy yogurt.

cooled Greek yogurt
honey
raspberries
walnuts
fresh mint

Method:
- Scoop some Greek yogurt on the centre of the plate, add raspberries and walnuts. Dribble it with honey.
