Method:
- Rinse and dry the salad leaves, then cut them into smaller pieces.
- Rinse the potatoes and cook them. Be careful not to overcook.
- Pell the still hot potatoes and cut them into slices.
- Add still warm potato slices to the salad and season with salt, pepper and pumpkin-seed oil.
