Ingredients:

Method:
- Rinse and dry the brussels sprouts. Then trim them and remove the yellow leaves.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the brussels sprouts, and season them with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Cover the pan and cook at low heat around 15 minutes, shaking the pan every 30 seconds.
- When done, the brussels sprouts should be softened, but still firm to the bite.
