Ingredients:

finely sliced pancetta

Method:
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 2 cm wide strips.
- Place the pancetta onto the pastry strips and twist them to a spiral.
- Bake them at 220°C until nicely brown.
- Still warm baked pancetta twists are a bit soft at first, but when cooled are super crunchy.
