2 small wholegrain baguettes
1 avocado
6 quail eggs
½ lemon
freshy ground pepper
flower of salt/salt
sprouts mix

Method:
- In a bowl, roughly squash the avocado meat, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well together.
- Half the baguettes lengthways and spread over with avocado mash.
- Layer with sprouts and fried quail eggs.
